AD Petition on Dioctyl Terephthalate (DOTP) from Korea Filed with ITC, DOC

June 30, 2016 – Eastman Chemical Company, a U.S. manufacturer, filed a petition with Commerce and ITC requesting AD duties on imports of dioctyl terephthalate (a.k.a. DOTP) from Korea.

The investigation’s scope includes all DOTP, regardless of its production method, presented form, or whether or not it is blended with DOTP from other sources not subject to the investigation.
